Cancellation policy

We strive to keep our customers happy with with our products. If you are unhappy with the product we would certainly love to hear why as we invest significant time into any feedback we receive from our customers in order to improve the quality and enhance the range of our products.

Cancelling your order

If you wish to cancel your order prior to you receiving your order please contact our online customer services team at customers@milkteds.africa. If the order has already been processed and the parcel is on its way to you or that you have received the parcel; then you will be required to return your parcel via the returns and refund procedure as set out below.

Returning an item or order – it’s okay to change your mind!

If, for any reason, you would like to return your order, milkteds® offer a no quibble, full refund on all unworn items.

Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with tags attached and original packaging.  If there are any signs of wear, heavy perfume or smoke we will be unable to issue a refund and the item will be mailed back to you.

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item please return to us.

NB.  If items are found to be faulty after they have been worn, please ensure they are washed before returning.

Don't forget to enclose your delivery paperwork (or a copy) so that we can trace your order, and we can refund the original purchase price.

Returns for UK orders

Simply return the item(s) to the the following address:

Please fill in the returns or exchange section enclosed within your parcel. Pack your item(s), along with the paperwork and take to your post office to post back to us - if this note is not included it could delay your exchange or refund.

On receipt of your returned item(s) a refund will be made to the debit/credit card used to pay for your order. You will be advised by email when your refund has been processed.

Returns for overseas orders

The freepost service cannot be used on orders outside of the UK and you must pay for the postage.

Please fill in the returns or exchange section enclosed within your parcel. Pack your item(s), along with the paperwork and post them back to us - if this note is not included it could delay your exchange or refund.

If there has been an error on our part or the item returned is faulty, your postage will be refunded, although proof of postage cost will have to be supplied.

We recommend using a courier such as DPD, FedEx or UPS and their tracking service to return the item as we will not be able to accept responsibility for goods that go astray.

Exchanges

You have 30 days from purchase date to exchange an item and exchanges are subject to availability.

In the event the requested exchange is unavailable, we will refund the original purchase price.

Refunds

On receipt of your returned item(s) a refund will be made to the debit/credit card or paypal account used to pay for your order. You will be advised by email when your refund has been processed.
